Not sure when it was taken, but she gained a lot of weight, and then probably LOST a lot of weight rapidly to appear in this film.
Looks drawn, and ... worn down.
But definite Pelosification going on there...

Shockingly spot on there. My most recent viewing of her was a cameo in “The Big Bang Theory” for about 5 seconds, wielding a broom or bat.
Pure speculation on my part, but Ms. Fisher looks like someone who has had gastric bypass surgery, along with some plastic surgery to remove the skin layers left by the effects of the rapid weight loss.
Could be worse.
