I didn’t presume to put this in Breaking News, but you might consider it, given the seriousness of the warning from CERT. This could represent a cyber-attack on our defenses. I think CERT knows more than they are saying.

stop using Internet Explorer until Microsoft can fix it IE has been a virus magnet for years. You could stop have the malware out there just by getting rid of IE and Outlook
