You can buy coconut oil at Wally World, in the shortening section. It is LouAna brand, non hydrogenated, 30 ounces for about $6.00. Tastes great. Good on hair, skin also.

Good on hair, skin also."That brand is RFD coconut oil (refined, bleached, and deodorized). It is chemically processed and refined with solvents. It does not have the health effects of extra virgin coconut oil. You can buy refined coconut oil CHEAP, but I would not touch it.
