Looks to me that the casino was the one that screwed up by using defective cards. Not his fault that its quality control sucks, and plus, I don’t see how it can actually prove anything, period.

SOME people do have runs of luck and/or are just really good AND lucky.
I hate hearing the casinos whine. They rake in so much money it's scary.

Trying to take action now is like a referee calling a penalty years after a game is over.
Better to just shut up and be more vigilant in the future.
