A man was left scrambling around on the pavement looking for a piece of his nose that had been bitten off in a street brawl.
Brian Broughton was left with a disfigured face after being confronted by a group of men on Whitley Road, North Tyneside after returning from the gym.
As he was knocked to the ground, the 23-year-old heard screams of bite him and in his dazed state felt the grip of his attackers teeth around his nose.
Its just sick I cant believe anyone would do that. Real men dont bite people, he explained to ChronicleLive.
My nose was just on the pavement covered in mud. It was just horrible. It just looked like a bit of meat.

Zombies exist. I’ve seen them.

Well...
If the guy on his back, on the ground getting pummeled did it, it would be sort of understandable, to get the other guy OFF of him and stop the punishment.
In that situation, whatever you do to avoid being killed, goes.
But it appears as it if it was the attacker that did it.
Just psychotic...

When it’s you or him, you do whatever it takes to win. If you lose, sometimes you die. Sounds like the biter won. He can be thankful the biter did not use a firearm or blade.

Anything can happen when you get in a fight. I once prosecuted a case where a guy with one arm got in a fight with a guy with one leg. Yes, address of the incident had the word “lot” in it.

When its you or him, you do whatever it takes to win. Read the article again. Guy comes out of a gym, gets attacked by a group of people, and one of the attackers bites off part of the assault victim's nose.

I did read the article.
In my post #6 I said I could understand biting if it was the victim on the ground getting pummeled that did the biting (in self-defense).
But yes, it WAS the attacker that was doing biting. He should be put away. He’s a mad dog.

I’m so glad that they have solved all their violence issues in England and they are so peaceful, not at all like they accuse the U.S. of being.

Back in the fifties it was mostly just friendly fights so to speak, but the fights that are influenced by hate I want no part of, the best thing to do is keep a leg breaker handy.
To: PapaBear3625
You are right; my general comment was not appropriate to the case in question.

In that situation, whatever you do to avoid being killed, goes. That was Tyson's victim's comment. That in the street it's one thing, but in the ring there are rules to follow.
