It's the last bastion of women's outerwear that hasn't been appropriated by the more fashionable men out there - until now.
High heels are, apparently, de rigueur for men.
To the possible chagrin of some more traditional males, those with a fashionable eye and an eccentric sensibility are taking the women's power dressing weapon of choice and making it their own.

Seriously, as a woman high heels are uncomfortable and a nuisance. I only where them when the occasion absolutely calls for it, or need to impress the hubby— they do make legs look more toned!

Nice to see the “heel offensive” line in the culture war hasn’t advanced the front any in the last couple of years. I suppose they weren’t able to successfully link up with the spearheads from the pink shirt assault and the tight jeans brigade. Our misguided male(ish) youth will just have to be contented with girly pants and eyeliner for the time being.
