They still tour or at least have in the last 2 years but they are famous for having had a number of different lineups. Good album to select.

Uriah Heep.... I never put two and two together until I read Dicken’s David Copperfield. Easy Living was their best.

HEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've got all their albums but no turntable. Haven't been able to listen to them for years. I'm amazed I'm still able to sing right along with the songs right now. Listened to this album so many times, the words are seared into my memory. LOL!

First concert I ever saw was in Orlando, FL. Was probably 1974 or 1975. Blue Oyster Cult and Uriah Heep.

Incidentally, on a little softer side, and flat out the best audio quality live performance rock recording I know of, is Heep’s “Acoustically Driven”. If you like the style, “Golden Palace” is exquisite:

Note that for whatever reason, my copy of the DVD sounds better than the CD, and in at least certain spots appears to be a different mix.

I see no mention of Salisbury. WHY?
Lady In Black a huge fave.

Saw Uriah Heep in 1974 at The Spectrum in Philly. It was a dance concert and you could walk very close to the stage. M. Box the guitarist was playing his ass off yelling:"F***ing Right!" I don't know why but the crowd started booing them and throwing pennies at the band! The lead singer grabbed the mic and said:"You can have your lousy f***ing six dollars back for all I care!" Great times!
