Read Genesis. There have been several creations before the current Adamic creation we are part of. They were all destroyed.

How long have we had the ability to detect earthquakes at the level we can now?
I had the same thought. Much of our environmental regulation in this country is driven by ever more sensitive monitoring equipment combined with morons who think that lots of zeroes immediately following a decimal point must be bad.

I’ve heard there is talk about the “Pacific Rim” waking up.
2 quakes in Chili
1 just north of that in Panama
The fault line from the most recent L.A. quake is the same one that rattled San Diego (7.1) - but the quake was actually in Mexico just south of Calexico.
I hope it stays there because that fault is over 100 miles from me.

It was dying the moment it was born.

There is a warning in the Bible, just trust in ->Him (Jesus)- and you’ll be alright.

Or....there are actually more earthquakes, and there will be a Great Great Earthquake in the future.
"I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red."
Revelation 6:12
Watch the videos under the "Earthquake" heading.

Ditto that, Race.
Bert, creationists are quite friendly toward any science that can be supported by peer-reviewable observation. The “creationists are anti-science” stereotype is just a convenient mythology perpetuated by the anti-creationism crowd, a demonization tactic and no more. It’s in the gray area of speculative inferences, where observational data is much harder to come by, that the differences in worldview start to become noticeable.

I've NEVER seen this notice before.
I wouldn't be too concerned about this. I have a feeling that in the end, this will all shake itself out.
