I'm guessing the claim Saucier followed the gun-grabber governor to his car as part of an escalating encounter while shouting obscenities had something to do with it.
Sue everyone involved into bankruptcy. Own their homes. Break up their marriages. Make their children cry.
The very raison de être for “higher learning” is the thing they loathe: hard questions.
