Usually, it adds extra cheer to your day when the person who made your coffee beverage adds a decorative flourish to the cup, whether its traditional latte foam art or a pretty caramel drizzle. One Starbucks customer in Louisiana says that a barista served up two beverages adorned with a pentagram and the number 666 in caramel syrup.

A bartender I knew 20 years ago used to pour Guinness with a one (middle) finger sign poured on the head. It was very popular, and humorous. This queerdo, and the evil symbology, not so much.
Sure the barista did it on person, and sometimes kids scribble shit. You can make a fuss, or feel some pity and move on.I'm the move on type. Heck, I'd probably chuckle a bit. I could use some adolescent humor with my morning coffee.
This is not AFAIK the cup in question, just a hint as to the abilities of some baristas.OK, now I'm really impressed! So long as it isn't shopped. ;)
