It turns out, you're correct. She admits to speeding up (claiming the speed limit increased) in this interview on yahoo this morning.
According to one reply in the comments section: “Her name is Tracy Lynn Sloan. It’s reported in the St Pete Times that she has done this type of “filming” of bad drivers before.”
Not a bright move to go on tv. Not that the video itself was any brighter an idea. A good lawyer for the driver of the truck may very well have her paying. If not that, then certainly legal fees that can drain her financially as a defendant which could make her think twice about how much fun it is to be such a pain in the arse for others.
Gotta say that I would be a little ticked if I were a driver behind another car whose driver was videotaping me. Genius, she isn’t.
