Six months after the EVA, spacesuit engineers still didnt know the exact cause of the leak, although they quickly discovered which part faileda fan pump separator that has since been replaced I was a little disappointed at the lack of explanation about how the leak occurred. I hope they've figured out the details by now. It'd be interesting to know.
