I tried your suggestion. My “internet options” is frozen. I can’t access it. Another glitch that I was unaware of. BTW: I am using Firefox browser, and my OS is Windows 7.

Use the Add-ons Manager to remove the toolbar [from Firefox]

In most cases, third-party toolbars can be uninstalled from Firefox Add-ons Manager Extensions list, as follows:

1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox buttonOn the menu bar, click on the Tools menuAt the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu, and then click Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open. Click the menu button and choose Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.

2. In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Extensions panel.In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Extensions panel.
3. Select the toolbar you wish to remove.
4. Click the Remove button.
5. Click Restart now if it pops up. Your tabs will be saved and restored after the restart.

If you can't remove the toolbar from the Add-ons Manager, use the "Disable" option as a workaround, or see the Cannot uninstall an add-on article for other solutions.

In Firefox try this. Go to tools. Go to add ons. Look over extensions and plug ins. If it's there disable and /or remove.

While you're there look for Yontoo (tool bar) Yank it if you got it.
