Not gonna root around but it was worth taking a look.

What I've learned after a three-month war with these fiends: the ACA says the insurance companies cannot deny coverage to those with pre-existing conditions, which is true as far as it goes. But they can deny coverage for the life-saving medications necessary to treat those conditions. The insurance company I signed up with through the ACA exchange just denied coverage of my wife's multiple sclerosis medication. We're "covered," to the tune of $700 a month...just not for what she really needs.

A cozy loophole, that.

I honestly care nothing about the fate of any lib that voted for this socialist piece of garbage - the man or the legislation. They want government run health care? Then they can die for it.

They deserve absolutely nothing less than what they have forced on me. Truthfully, I hope every lib that helped this crime happen gets denied critical health care. Justice.

William Rivers Pitt

In 2002, Pitt wrote the book War on Iraq: What Team Bush Doesn't Want You to Know which consisted of an in-depth interview with former United Nations weapons inspector Scott Ritter. In it, Pitt and Ritter examine the Bush administration's justifications for war with Iraq and call for a diplomatic solution instead of war. In reviewing this book, The Guardian called it "the most comprehensive independent analysis of the state of knowledge about Iraq's weapons programmes until the new team of inspectors went back."

Scott Ritter, of course was a favorite on FR back in the day, having been outed for his predilection toward minors.

For the record, I'm truly sorry for Pitt and his wife. Truly. But as my dad used to say, “The liberal’s reward is self-disgust’.
