Far, far less than Microsoft or Google or Facebook. . . it's an assumption with no basis in fact. Apple did not even pay a full time lobbyist until a couple of years ago. They essentially ignored government. Why do you think Apple products were not bought by the government? Apple didn't lobby. Scientists who wanted Macs, and a lot of them did, had to jump through hoops to get them.
