Section 6. The Militia and the standing army of 1,000. So as to insure and guarantee the rights guaranteed in this Constitution, every natural born male in the Republic of Maine, upon reaching the age of 18 years from conception through age 67 years from conception, has, as a member of the Militia, the obligation to keep and bear arms for the common defense, for his and his families protection, to defend against this government or any government in the future from becoming oppressive, tyrannical, or in any other way obnoxious to freedom, and to secure the rights written in this Constitution. This obligation shall never be questioned. No law shall be passed that restricts this obligation, except for time in a local jail, county jail or Maine Republic prison. No law shall be passed, test given, or fee assessed to any citizen of the Republic of Maine that would restrict in any way that citizens right to be armed either concealed or open. Males who are found to be or confess to being homosexuals are exempted from serving in either the Militia or the standing army. Males over the age of 65 may be voluntary members of the militia with the full rights of Militia members. Natural born males between the age of 16 years from conception to 18 years from conception may volunteer for militia service with the written permission of parents or guardians. The standing army of 1,000 shall be drawn from the militia by the commander of the Militia and is under the command of the commander of the militia who is appointed by and reports directly to the President.
I have underlined the part that requires a legal definition since we have been told that since the US will be challenging the vote, not on the legality of our voting to be free, but based upon wording that is unclear. Not everyone that works in justice is a commie destroyer of freedom.

So many people don’t think God can turn this around. FR seems to be the place of hope. Defeatist don’t see a way out or maybe they are trolls discouraging people. Here’s my reply to those who see no hope.
To turn this around will take brave patriots who will stand against the left and the leftist in the Republican Party. Those who want to go along to get along need to leave it to those willing to fight for our freedoms, our children and our faith. The Boehners, McConnells, Roves, McCains and Graham’s,.....who do exactly what the left wants, need to go, so the TRUE conservatives can fight the battle. We first have to clean our house to take down the lefts house. Also remember, we have the one true God on our side.
When someone is coming for your kids, you fight to the death. They are coming for them and we cannot give up! This a political, cultural and spiritual fight. We need to rally the troops around us with the truth, righteousness (which means fighting for what is right and that is definitely not what has been going on for the last five years-remember Jesus turned over the tables with righteous anger), the spirit of God will lead us and we must have faith that God is with us in this fight, always knowing that whatever happens we have salvation through Christ (if you don’t know where you will go when you die, just ask.
I know this sounds preachy, but if you can’t see the spiritual side of this, you don’t understand why it’s so important for the left to culturally destroy our nation, focusing first on our children. Abortion, homosexuality, call good evil and evil good......Wake up church and get spiritually armed for the battle! We must first start with prayer. A simple prayer in faith is heard by God.
Without Gods help we are doomed.
