A New Jersey cheerleader who sued her parents for child support after she moved out was today pictured leaving her family's home with her mother after returning to the house this week.
In an apparent sign that the family were attempting to return to normality after their embarrassment, Rachel Canning, 18, climbed into her car to head to school on Thursday while her mother Elizabeth climbed into a separate vehicle. They were followed by her father Sean and a younger sibling.
Rachel returned to the Morris County home with her tail between her legs on Tuesday night after a judge took a very dim view of her lawsuit demanding her parents pay child support, college tuition and other expenses last week.
Her parents had claimed that their daughter ran off in October to stay with friends because she refused to abide by rules they had put in place, including to stop dating her boyfriend.

In the future you might want to read up on these things before going off half cocked in righteous snit fitting. If published reports of the above are false, I’ve seen no corrections. And of course, published reports are what we are all commenting on.
So either you have not done your homework on the issue or you approve of the family’s ‘behavior’. Neither of which puts you in a position to call anyone despicable.

I simply have asked you for a FACTUAL link backing up your disgusting allegation that the father was doing something untoward with the rebellious teenager. If you want to take really NASTY shots at someone who is already down, at least have the integrity to back it up.
What you have done is every bit as nasty as what the AMBULANCE CHASING father of the rebellious teenagers friend has done. I don’t like to see online BULLYING & CHARACTER ASSASSINATION of individuals.

Yes, they were...completely, by the local Child Protective Services who investigated the bogus allegations. These are the types of allegations a shyster lawyer recommends their clients to make.
To clarify, I meant that they were found to be UNTRUE.
