I'm with you! I always felt I was safer for getting rid of my anger instead of holding it in. Hell, I used to go into the walk in freezer shut the door and let it all out, once one of my managers asked me what was up and i asked him "would you rather I let my anger out on the french fries or you?" he chose the fries.
