President Obama has characterized income inequality as “the defining challenge of our time,” prodding Republicans to come up with “concrete plans” to reduce it.

However, a new study by the Brookings Institute shows that the highest levels of income inequality in the U.S. are found in Democratic strongholds: the nation’s largest cities.

Strange. I don't recall the "lyin' king" saying anything about income equality skyrocketing. Must be a misprint. Or a Koch brothers lie to make obie and the dimokkkrats look bad.

The classic is San Francisco and Oakland.
20 miles apart, both voted in large numbers for Obama.
San Francisco runs the show, Oakland is expected to do all the work.
OFA, SEIU are centered in Oakland.

As I always say:

crony capitalists to provide the $$
entitlement army to provide the votes

Typical, Liberals create a problem, then scream that we need to fix it by pushing more of the same solutions that created the problem to begin with, then eventually throwing up their hands and saying... nothing can be done! just redistribute!

If income inequality is really an issue to people shouldn’t this be expected? Ie. People voting for Obama because of the income inequality they supposedly see around them?

Guess they were buying in to the promise that if they voted for the “lyin’ king” they’d make as much as the CEO at google or facebook or Exxon. Well they wouldn’t “actually” make it, they’d just “get it”.
