Dear Mr.
Thank you for contacting me. I appreciate hearing your views.
I am a proud conservative. If you examine my record, you will find that I am fiscally responsible and have consistently fought against Washington pork barrel politics. I believe in tax reform and in deep tax cuts for the American people. I also believe in the need to allow Americans to invest a portion of their Social Security in private accounts as well as school choice that allows parents to free their children from failing schools. I remain a strong supporter of our Armed Forces, a national missile defense system, and many other issues critical to our nation.
I want to work to make certain that our country continues to remain the greatest on this Earth, not just for my party, but for our nation. While we may sometimes differ on particular issues, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your opinion and urge you to visit my web site where many issues of concern to you are addressed in greater detail.
Again, thank you for contacting me and taking the time to share your opinions.
Sincerely, John McCain United States Senator
JM/JT
Maybe when he says “I” he’s referring to someone else?
Yo Cap’n “Maverick” McQueeg. If you must profess your conservative ‘bonafides’ like this ... you ain’t got ‘em.
Meanwhile he was off “representing” Arizona by running around Ukraine, hanging out with terrorists in Syria, and having a tequila with El Presidente de Meheco reassuring him that he’ll get the palefaces to subsidize his people.
Is he showing up at SNL this Saturday?
Why do ALL the candidates of both parties seem to run as fast as they can to portray themselves as ‘proud conservatives’, but no one ACTS like it when they are in office???
Is he showing up at SNL this Saturday, as Stefon?
Dear Mr [your name here}
Please allow me to say that I am for the things that you are for and aganst the things you don’t want.
Sincerely,
McCain
That should make it very easy
“I want to work to make certain that our country continues to remain the greatest on this Earth, not just for my party, but for our nation.”
In this sentence, Juan McLame reveals exactly why he and his ilk must be removed from office at the earliest possible time: “not just for my party, but for our nation.”.
I have absolutely no use or respect for ANY office holder that would even think that “my party” would or could come before “our nation”.
In the Oath of Office that each and every office holder swears to, there is NO MENTION at all about one’s party loyalty. The Oath of Office clearly puts the Constitution as the primary recipient of one’s loyalty.
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
I have said this before and will say so again: Mr. McCain (and others in Congress) have been and remain being guilty of DERELICTION OF THEIR SWORN DUTY and as such deserve to be removed from office. Period. End of Story.
How could you read it? Didn’t all of that drool smear the ink?
No way!
(Want some popcorn?)
Listen to what I’m saying, pay no attention to what I’m doing, Don’t Worry Be Happy!
LOL. These are what I call “KMA” letters. They go straight into the garbage. I don’t even bother to read them.
Certainly on the popcorn ... gosh, these mclame threads draw more observers than first thought. Please have a glass of wine while we wait.
“by the way.....FORGET ABOUT:
GI POWs left behind in Southeast Asia and Laos.
GI POWs left behind in Korea after that war.
GI Ex-German POWs left behind in Soviet-occupied Europe after 1945.
GI POWs left behind in Soviet hands after the 1919 fighting.
After all—I made it back.”
Gee Cyber ... it must have been the mention of popcorn on a mclame thread that scared ‘em off. I’m keepin’ quiet next time. No Food Fight! (frown)(:<
Makes you wish McCain was taken out with Alan Cranston and the rest of the Keating-5. We’d all be better off without the chest thumping and the temper tantrums and the Media-whoring.
