THE STAR WITNESS was anonymous, like each of Jerry Sandusky's victims.
He was described in the grand jury presentment only as "a Penn State graduate assistant." Anyone reading the 23-page presentment released on Nov. 4, 2011, would be horrified by the prosecution's version of what the witness said he saw a decade ago. In the locker room shower inside the Lasch Football Building on Penn State's campus, he stumbled upon "a naked boy, Victim 2 ... with his hands up against the wall, being subjected to anal intercourse by a naked Sandusky. The graduate assistant was shocked but noticed that both Victim 2 and Sandusky saw him. The graduate assistant left immediately, distraught."
The following day, he reported the incident to his boss, coach Joe Paterno, though he was short on specifics. And then Paterno relayed the report to athletic director Tim Curley. And then no one at Penn State did anything to stop Sandusky from preying on boys for a decade.
Long before the presentment became public, players, coaches and residents heard rumors -- that McQueary saw Sandusky fondle the boy, or that they were engaged in horseplay. But suddenly the rumors were not only true, they had mushroomed into the biggest college football scandal in history, one that wasn't just about the crimes of one man but about an administration's alleged attempt to cover them up. Most people here were surprised at how the prosecutors quoted McQueary in the presentment. Anal intercourse? This was far more graphic than the rumors had it; more than a few people asked: Why didn't Big Red stop it?

I was hoping for more from Don on this piece, but alas.
Still more to come though.
As a man it is your duty to beat the queer molesting the boy senseless and with malice.
Did you read the article? Victim 2 sat in Amendola’s office and told him nothing ever happened.
How was MM supposed to stop something that never happened?
Honestly, I’ve seen your relentless posts for a couple three years no about Paterno, Sandusky and all your tortured and twisted explanations, exculpatory stories and analysis and just don’t get it.
When you boil it all down to the bare minimum, little boys were buggered right under the noses of Penn State officials. While there may be differing accounts of exact specifics and reports and who said what when and who reported what when and what they did afterwards, but the fact remains. Little boys were sexually assaulted.
Or do you dispute the witnesses’ accounts? I’d like to know that.
Personally, I think there are better things you might occupy your time with, but THIS just isn’t one that is healthy in my opinion.
Pedophile State alumni hate real men.
Stop pointing out the obvious.
Let me know when you have your car keyed for simply having a magnet depicting your Alma Mater on it. Maybe then you’ll understand.
I don’t want the OAG’s crooked, nor the media’s sensational word for it. I want the truth.
He said it didn’t happened after the fact. You walk by and see a queer poking some kid in the rear, they can debate the fact it happened after I beat the hell out of him.
I am 100% with you - I don’t even know why I click on these articles posted by FloPa but I do - I think it is because I continue to be amazed at how incredible it is that anyone can defend the actions of molesters and their protectors. It is black and white - there are no shades of gray. Don’t waste your time with FloPa - he will never let this go....
Have your car keyed and be spit on for being a soldier.
Then come crying to me.
Your car magnet has nothing to do with it.
Because you seem to think that the one witness can be discounted, all the others are suspect too. If that’s so, then you think Sandusky was wrongly convicted?
You’ve been doing this for years. Over some scratches on your car?
Frankly, your resistance to openly discuss the actuality of the acts that perpetrated this fiasco without offering up some excuse, or where somebody is caught up in factual recount or whatever, really only serves to perpetuate the reactions. IOW, maybe letting it be and moving on is what’s call for here instead of abject defiance.
Just my two cents after having read your endless posts about it.
Somehow we doubt you only carry the water for pedophiles here on this forum.
One suspects that if you are not making up the keying incident it has much more to do with the words you say (and the implications of those words for children) than with a sticker on your car.
I was spit on for being a solder in 1969. What does that have to do with it? Where were you.
Exactly.
As you said, his car magnet means nothing.
He’s trying to misdirect.
You want the truth? OK, how about telling all of us how you came about generating and using the FReeper user name, FlJoePa? I have asked for an explanation many times in the past, but none has ever been forthcoming.
And please tell all of us why, with your repeated defense of the pedophile-enabling Joe Paterno, you never ever mention the victims?
He thinks he is Joe Paterno reincarnated - carrying the torch after his idol passed.
What I don’t understand is why does he come here and continually post his drivel? Is it for attention? I am confident he had not changed any minds here so why the ongoing obsession with posting his defense of all things Paterno?
Find another forum. You earn your ridicule here.
...and John Wilkes Booth was framed, Shakespeare didn’t write the plays, Mumia is apolitical prisoner; Obama was in charge and did everything humanly possible to save our men in Benghazi.
You need a new hobby.
This is the most encompassing, convincing trail of tears yet, that seals the deal in favor of Mike McQuery’s real visual experience and his testimony being exactly what and how he said it was.
One minute. He sees the mirror reflection of exactly what is going on, and also sees again by direct gaze as he departs.
How his heart and head must have exploded, given his own experience, and his life work wrapped up in love and loyalty for Coach Paterno and Penn State.
The critics of this guy McQuery, have to be cult material, for Joe Paterno, because most assuredly this story would have been killed and buried, if the cult and the University cover-up crew had their way. McQuery is too convincing for words.
Do you EVER post about anything else?
No, stupid question, of course you don’t. Look at your name....a complete one-track mind.
