Dogs profess to be pack animals, but one alpha dog always rules the roost. Cats are individualists, who form their own decentralized social structure. Dogs are Democrats, while cats are clearly Republicans.

Respectively disagree. I've seen cats catch mice, birds, ...whatever it takes to survive..dogs, not so much. Put them both in the wild for a year. My money is on the cat. Every time.

Our German Shepherd, Zita 2000-2010, protected our cat Martin, b2003, from our Standard Poodle, Emma, b 2006... So Zita must have been a RINO, and Emma must be Tea Party...
