I have grown Cherokee Purple before, and they were delicious.Good to hear. Did you have any major issues with fruit cracking? I hear this variety is more prone to it than normal.

No I didn’t, but then I water daily the same amount, unless we get rain. Cracking is largely due to watering fluctuations.

Did you have any major issues with fruit cracking? I've grown the Cherokee Purples for the past few years and I've never had a problem with them cracking.
They are a simply lovely tomato, IMHO.
