Yeah, when I’m managing managers I don’t really care as long as we’re communicating effectively and we’re hitting the marks. When you’re managing the people associated with equipment and operations it’s a different matter. I’m semi-retired now, but back in the day I was responsible for moving people and equipment coast to coast on very short notice. When you’ve got teams set up, it’s hard to just plug someone else in because somebody missed a flight or didn’t plan for potential delays.
