I don’t know this man’s ultimate end and I hope he finds repentance. Murder is not the unforgiveable sin. I am so glad his wife was spared.

Therefore you really do not know your conversion is true until after you persevere and meet the LORD without unrepentant sin. Is that what you believe ? You can have confidence but your faith must be tested and you must obey to pass the test that God gives you. Is that a good summary of your comment ?
