A kindergarten teacher has been suspended from her job after two of her students were found ‘having sex’ while naked in her classroom's bathroom.
Kelly Mascio, who has been teaching for more than 15 years in Mullica Township, New Jersey, has been suspended with pay since the incident on September 30.
According to a police report, Mascio found the two five-year-olds - a boy and girl – naked in her in-classroom bathroom. They told her they were ‘having sex.’

In 12 years of grade school I never had a class less than 32 and never heard of such a thing as an aid.
There was also never such a thing as an unruly classroom, get out of line and get your ass whipped!
There was a teacher-student sex article published in the UK Daily Mail in which the teacher wrote a letter of apology to the student’s mother. In the brief note, I noticed “engaged in with” and used the word “crossed” twice in the same sentence. How did she get hired with such grammar?
I rode with the van ministry for a rural church west of Tulsa about fifteen years ago.
We picked up kids from trailer parks by the lake, and we had third graders having hysterics because they had caught each other cheating on them. Sexually active by age nine for the most part.
Generally these kids only had one parent and the parents were addicts with a new boy or girl friend every few months. Some of the kids were likely raped by the in and out sex partners. They copied what they saw or experienced in their homes.
Porn isn’t the only way this happens. It may even be the least bad way this happens.

So the teacher should'nt have told anyone? Ten bucks says that if this story came out about the kids, and the teacher's response was, "I didn't tell anyone, I thought I'd just deal with it myself" -- many saying what you have said would be after her with torches and pitchforks. So she really can't win, can she?
Given the limited info in this article, I'm not willing to hang this teacher just yet. She has 15+ years in the school. I won't condemn her for what may have been as little as a minute or two of distraction, for a couple of kids who may be dealing with a sh!tload of adult issues at home, and over a scintillating headline that may very well be exaggerated.
My favorite time of the school day in first grade was the milk break.

I suspect that if our country is really to be restored it will require the ammo box as much as the ballot box at this point. This is an intrinsic part of the cost drug use places on a society which libertarians refuse to see being a problem. Many of our kids are no longer innocent because of the left. Between sex ed for 5 yr old and the entertainment industry, you have to work hard to protect our kids.
Look what Hollywood does. They take Mickey Mouse club kids, like Brittany spears, or kids like Miley Cyrus and build them up for kids to follow (book bags, clothes, toys....) then they sexualize them. They know exactly what they are doing. They are trying to destroy our kids. They apparently haven’t read or don’t care what Jesus said about what will happen to those who cause kids to sin. Millstone would be better than what God has planned for these people.

I find it rather odd that you keep coming down on Geron for speaking out AGAINST perversion involving children.

Actually, they were in the bathroom, nothing said about the Lil’ Miscreants climbing into the ‘school whirlpool’.
Can’t use common sense with most people. I expect that most here went to school in a one room school house in the 1800s by the way the remember their life.
Kids are difficult to manage. Today with the no child left behind BS each class has 2 or 3 students that take 80+% of the teachers tie. The rest are left on their own to scrape out a lesson or an education. Any child seeking an adventure can do so.
As far as 5 year old knowing about sex, many see what’s on TV, internet, older siblings, or possible bad/dangerous parents. When I was a child, I was very I interested in the opposite sex and I didn’t know why. I wanted to play doctor, show and tell,.... I had wonderful very prudish parents but I knew what my brain/body wanted at an early age. Fear of punishment kept me in line. That’s gone mostly today society - no consequences anymore. I didn’t know what sex was, but I remember I was about 5 or 6 when I realized that tab A was supposed to go in slot B. Again, maybe I was unique or unusual but I don’t think so and I didn’t have a corrupt childhood.
My guess is they we playing doctor/ having show and tell and the adults labeled it sex. Curiosity is natural. ‘Perverts corrupt that curiosity and label natural as unnatural. JMHO
My guess is that the school system is required to suspend her until the whole thing has been investigated. But I must admit I feel some empathy for the teacher, especially if she doesn’t have an aide and it’s a large class. We have a little play group of homeschoolers and when you get 10 or 12 kids together, milling around and being crazed, it’s a little hard to know what’s doing what.
Unfortunately I don’t think this sort of thing is that odd anymore. Kids are exposed to porn, or sometimes preyed upon themselves, and they act it out at school. A friend of mine whose son is in first grade recently had a similar situation, where two of his classmates sneaked into the bushes (literally) during recess and were going at it. Just great.
