The picture # ZG of three people, viewed left to right, is of white shirt guy, Nike shoes guy, and the elbow of person in question.
It puts the next underwater pix # ZH, #ZI, #ZL, and #ZO in context; we are looking at varying views of that group. And the details.
In the above water pics of the same sequence of people, going left to right, its white shirt guy (captain), Nike guy next to him, and green shirt guy in the area, between those two and the plane.
Ms F and Y are still near the door.
It doesn’t look like that white band appears in any of the sequence of pix mentioned above, except that one that is being discussed upthread.
We can’t go by that though, because this was supposed to have been taken when they were away from the wing. Remember, the camera dipped below the water to get away from the image of what was going on with the place where Fuddy’s life jacket had been while Jacob and Yamamoto looked on.
In the GMA video the underwater clip included only the guy with the dark face - didn’t go on to include the other stuff underwater - but that underwater dip was also at the time that something was being hidden, specifically whatever was happening with that equipment in the water beside Jacob.
So we have no way of knowing how badly-butchered this all is, or what the context really is. But it is presented in both ABC videos as if this was happening when they were all away from the wing. If so, then the position of the people near the wing doesn’t tell us anything.
Regardless of who these specific people are, the question is why they have goggles, mask, etc. If they were any of the people known to be on the plane according to the official reports, then when and how did they get this equipment?
