What do you mean by “the scenario is all wrong”?
Are you saying if you say it’s an Orange Crush popping out of a black plastic trash bag, it can’t be that.... and if you say it’s a diver it can’t be that either?

No, the whole ‘assassination’ doesn’t fit the scenario of a plane crash where all but the intended victim survived? Filmed no less by one of the passengers.
Whatever is in the picture, I don’t know. I can’t tell what it is. I know that had it been a Dwarf Ninja Frogman Assassin he or she wouldn’t be wearing an orange tank.
Everything after that requires really really detailed imagination to make it fit. Stuff like — They really meant for the plane to crash harder and everybody dies, the frogmen where out there Just in case. Or it was all a setup, everybody on the plane was in on it to kill the victim.
