Well, you can’t show us a diver in the photos/video, so how do you know there was a diver there before the rescue folks arrived?
I can see what is in front of my face. Have you ever watched some one you love go scuba diving?
You get a good eye for seeing them pop up.
This was a scuba diver and Fuddy saw it, too. She probably thought they were there to help.
