In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “Word for the Day”.
Phantasmagoria
Noun
(also: phantasmagory, phantasmagorias, phantasmagories)
Also:
phantasmagoric - adj.
phantasmagorically - adv.
1.
a. A fantastic sequence of haphazardly associative imagery, as seen in dreams or fever.
b. A constantly changing scene composed of numerous elements.
2. Fantastic imagery as represented in art.
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

Roads are clear in front of my house, bare road in fact. Melting already. Should be good traveling through NY. Just a little disconcerting to see more snow fluttering down.
