“Ginger” Baker was the drummer for the 60s band Cream (among others).
His real name is Peter Edward Baker and he’s now 74 years old.

Also all English boys who read books in the 50’s and 60’s (and a 1960 TV show) know that Ginger was one of Biggles sidekicks in the W E Johns series of children’s books...:^)
