A Michigan woman was arrested Monday after authorities say she fired a live round through a McDonald's drive-thru window after an employee forgot to put bacon on her sandwich early Monday morning.
According to authorities, 29-year-old Shaneka Monique Torres wasn't too hard to track down after the alleged shooting; just minutes earlier, she'd given her phone number to the manager of the restaurant -with whom she reportedly was flirting prior to pulling out her gun - with the hopes that he would call her later.
The manager never called - but the cops did, and now Torres is charged with two counts of felony weapons possession.
Authorities say that Torres and another, unidentified woman went to the same McDonald's restaurant on Sunday night and she claimed that her ordered was wrong.
To rectify the situation, the manager of the restaurant told the women they would dine for free the next time the visited the fast-food establishment, located near 28th Street and Madison Avenue SE in Grand Rapids.
Several hours later, about 3 a.m., the two women drove back through the same McDonald's drive-thru and placed the same order.
Prior to picking up the food, Torres was 'flirting' with the manager of the restaurant at the first of two drive-thru windows. She even gave him her phone number with the hopes that he would call her ....
When Torres pulled through to the second window to collect her food, she noticed that the order was again incorrect - once again, her sandwich was sans-bacon.
Authorities say Torres - who was seated in the passenger seat - then pulled out a gun, leaned over the driver and fired a shot into the drive-thru window....

Apparently she’s as classy as Trayvon, posting pix of her middle finger.
I don’t know, I’m kind of torn on this one.
It was BACON!
Not wilted lettuce, BACON!
They ripped off her BACON!
Anything else, no excuse.
But BACON, I’m torn.
Tough call if I was on the jury. Withholding bacon might justify homicide in some cases.
My rule however is never to give any McDonalds employees my phone number if I flirt with them.
She got the second sandwich for free because they forgot her bacon on the first one.
She could have gotten a third sandwich for free for forgetting her bacon on the second one and on and on.
But there comes a time when you begin a shakin’ to give someone an achin’ because they’re takin’ your bacon.
The liberal drive to create arrogant, law-breaking, self-indulgent, entitled, unproductive people has succeeded beyond their wildest hopes.
New legal question for the prosecutors to mull over. A member of the middle eastern death cult goes to the drive thru and says “no bacon!” but the sandwich comes through with bacon. Is shooting at the employee while shouting “fubar akbar” justified?
Will the employee be charged with a ‘hate crime?”
Shaneka?
BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
As any bacon addict will tell you
“touch my bacon, I kill ya’”
“...charged with two counts of felony weapons possession.”
Huh!! How about reckless endangerment, attempted murder, and a few others.
Now we are going to have to make sure that someone has an IQ above 30 before they use a drive-thru!
I wouldn't trust such people to prepare my food.
...unfortunately, we are looking at it in the rear-view mirror
It certainly isn't worth a human life!
It's all about the BACON and what people will do when they don't get their slice of it.
Anything else, no excuse.
But BACON, Im torn.*
No Bacon?!?!!
Slowly I turned, step by step,
Inch by inch....
But I didn't pull out a gun and try to shoot anybody.
Jailtalk:
“What are ya in for?”
“Shooting someone over a McDonald's sandwich”
“Here's yer sign”
It's all about the BACON and what people will do when they don't get their slice of it. *
True.
How many wars could’ve been avoided if only everyone got enough bacon!?
