The film Lonesome Dove gets me every time. One of the all time greats.
No matter how many times I watch it, I never get tired of it. I have Lonesome Dove and the prequels and sequels and haul them out off and on. Lonesome Dove is my very favorite. All of Larry McMurtry’s books are wonderful, too. If you haven’t read them, you should.
