Say what you will, but I find this a lot more entertaining than the Statist display of totalitarian control we saw in the China Olympics
That’s the first time I’ve seen Valentina Tereshkove in anything other than some dated footage and old photos. She looks great. BTW, the torch used to light the Olympic flame flew aboard the ISS and was carried outside on an EVA by two Russians. It came back a little over a week after launching.
Way too much technology for me.

Here is my opinion. The whole thing is just stupid,
I just found out Olga Korbut lives now in the US, and has for some time.
I only watched the end of one race and boycotted the rest of that Olympics. This is the first time I haven’t watched at all.
Those jellyfish dancers weren’t too bad.
We’re on the west coast, just got by the chief HOMO ASS Obama and NBC propaganda arm’s fawning half hour puke fest, and just mentioned to my wife that Putin is about the only guy you’ll see who you could leave your kids with over the weekend and know they’d be safe. Only change would be the Russian Orthodox bedtime prayers but that’s OK.
I’ve known that for a long time now.
