All I did is cite one study I found, I do not attest to its accuracy or know it's parameters. Despite the fact that as an ex smoker who gets very ill now at the smell of cigarettes, I think the government is going way overboard in micromanaging smokers in open areas.

Today CVS announced that they were stopping all sales of tobacco and someone I was speaking with hailed it as great news. I told her that it was great news for their competitors and asked her if we were still living in America where people could live as they chose.

I heard that about CVS. There is one a couple of blocks from my house and a Walgreens directly across from my house, so smokers won’t go to CVS, will go to Walgreens.
