In another shameful reminder of how Americans care more about sports than the future of their own country, Seattle Seahawks fans reacted to their teams Super Bowl victory by behaving like animals lighting fires, damaging historic buildings and ripping down street signs during raucous scenes last night.

So, it’s a good thing my team hasn’t won a Super Bowl since before rioting became fashionable?
Couch burning is just a homage to our dear neighbors, south of our border, the Mountaineers. It’s a WV thang...
The first couple Super Bowls...spontaneous revelry...some burned furniture
...but now real riots. After 6 Super Bowl wins, that World Series back in 79, a couple Stanley Cups...meh...we are jaded.
Rioting is for the noobs at Championships.
Business
This has nothing to with the cartwheeling exonerated suspect herself, but comes about because of my strong support of the Tampa Bay Bucs for Superbowl and, unfortunately, putting my money where my mouth was.
Ah yes. So unlike our own.
But do look at the bright side, maybe Atty Gen Holder can get a job in the Italian DOJ after The Mombasa MF leaves office, that is if Kenya Boy hasn't succeeded in making him a SCOTUS Justice.
BTW, where was Al Sharpton when Rudy Guede got railroaded? Or when Amanda accused her boss ... 'cause he was black? The foreigners let Amanda go. And we let OJ go. Our justice system tried to make Trayvon a hero. The Italians ... after all is said and done ... made Amanda heroine and a cottage industry. She should be grateful.
The Scots would probably have said "Guilty but not proven."
I am thinking of escaping to exciting Perugia to open an Amanda Knox Memorabilia and Gift Shoppe.
Tell you what I’ll open an OJ Simpson Memorabilia and Gift Shop in Las Vegas and we’ll see who goes chapter 11 first. (Perhaps Buffalo might be a better location for Bills fans)
Wonderful comment.
Laughing all the way through it.
White punks on dope.
Denver did the same for their fans...but it didn’t seem to be the big issue as with the Seahawks....
It really wasn’t much of a riot. A torched couch, the glass in the pergola broken - but a website immediately set up to raise funds to replace it. Meanwhile 700K+ fans came out for the parade downtown and not one incident or arrest.
