Scaredy cats: Mother cat panics her litter of kittens in jump fail [video]

A mummy cat had some serious making up to do after accidentally giving her litter of kittens such a fright that it caused them to scarper in all directions.
The adorable group of eight felines almost jumped out of their fur when their mother, attempting to spring up onto a window sill, fell back down.
The kittens scattered at surprising speed – underneath a chest of drawers and a bed – as they’re shocked by the commotion.
The video was uploaded on YouTube under the title ‘Epic fall’ and has already garnered over 160,000 hits.

Mother looks to be at least half Maine Coon. It is possible that these are purebred Maine Coon babies, but they don’t have tremendous coat. So, this may be a planned litter of Maine Coon babies, although they do not appear to be very well bred or possibly all Coon.
