Once again, the JUDGE ..I repeat ...the JUDGE denied him any visitation based on everything he heard.
It’s people like you that create a world in which victims of child molestors have to fight the indignity to be heard..and often why they never come forward.
“Child CSA victims are often vulnerable and frightened. Their stories may appear inconsistent, and may emerge in bits and pieces. This pattern is normal for a child who has experienced this kind of trauma and attempts to recount it for an adult”

And it’s people like you who have ZERO concept about how the legal system works, and would turn the courts over to judgment by “reports” and sensationalist journalism.
No where in my arguments did I say Woody Allen was a good parent. He was deemed by the judge to be “lacking knowledge of the most basic aspects of his children’s lives.” Additionally the judge took Allen’s relationship with Soon-Yi into account when he made his decision.
But again, there’s a big difference between that and accusations of child molestation. Despite Mr. Maco’s statements to the press it’s clear he NEVER would have gotten a conviction... there was simply no evidence to support a conviction. Sure he could bring charges but it would have been pointless as the Connecticut Police and a battery of psychologists had conducted their own investigations and determined that either Mia Farrow coached Dylan; Dylan was lying; or the results were simply inconclusive.
