We have a heavy population of deer this year that come into our yard twice a day.
They are so graceful and frail looking. No squirrels at all this year. Think the Bobcats or Coyotes got to them- poor things. Yes I live in CT and have both!!
At about the same time the deer come, the Robins are here, 100’s of them.
Our 2 year old Westie sits on the bed watching all of them, but when one deer starts to run- chaos!

We’ve had some big cats, wolves, and bears in the area, but not many. I know we have quite a population of deer, but so far they have never appeared here in the subdivision.

I believe our land north of town has some traffic; we’ve had several people ask if they could hunt there, and we always let them, since hubby hasn’t hunted for years.
