A friend in Puebla said he owns a .38 but was not allowed to buy the .357 he wanted...
Odd, I thought private firearms were not allowed in Mexico. Or is ownership just severely restricted?
Seems like a step in the right direction though - officially allowing citizens to arm themselves and protect themselves against the drug cartels.
