This issue is an example of a state properly exercising 10th Amendment-protected intrastate commerce powers. If legal voters in this state do not like their state’s policy concerning this issue, but do not work with their local and state government representatives to make a friendlier policy, then voters have nothing to complain about but their own laziness.

True. In Texas, laws recently got changed so that small scale in-home bakeries and a few other types of food prep are now allowed without jumping through all the BS hoops.
