I’m sure he means financial collapse. Drudge talks w a lot of people and reports a lot of warnings by various financial experts warning of a collapse coming. He probably got this advice from someone and repeated it.

I’m thinking in a true collapse at least be in cash, and better in gold or other precious metals.
