and Nicole and HER mother will not have a funeral or a memorial service...
Why not ???
(don’t blame any protesters..)
His words are too pat..
they appear to have been given to him..

and he doesnt knows know WHY he named her.. ???????
Where did you read this, Nana? Was that in the article I linked?
he had requested doctors do a final sonogram because he wanted to know the sex of the unborn child. After learning it was a girl,

seems like Erick was lying all along about the baby being too deformed to be able to determine the gender...
odd that...suddenly the gender is available..right before the baby is murdered..
and the baby wasn’t “developing” either..
strange ???
No...
The first article I read last night about him naming the baby Nicole...
there was a statement right after that he didn’t know why..
I read a couple of articles about the name...
Im not sure which one said that..
anyhoo most of his statements sounded scripted with an agenda..
sounded like something an attorney would tell him to say..
funny how he didn’t have a name for the baby in Nov..
a 14 week baby would have had some name suggested for a boy or a girl..
a welcome one that is..
Marlise had been pregnant for more than 3 months by then...
Im sure she had a name or 2 picked out
No not that article
heres one but I cant find that first one I saw
“Erick Munoz said Monday he gave the 23-week-old fetus the name Nicole, the middle name of his late wife, Marlise Munoz. He would not say why he chose to name the fetus.
.....
“They think it was a female,” Munoz said

That’s a very informative link, thanks Nana.
I just did a little Google work on the attorneys for Erick. I guess it’s just a coincidence they’re both divorce lawyers.

Cremation.
Divorce lawyers.
Finding wife lying on floor at night after “suspected” (mainstream media term, not mine) pulmonary embolism, i.e. a mysterious incident.
Husband and lawyers telling public that the baby was oxygen-deprived, deformed, and had a poor prognosis for “quality of life”, implying that it’s OK to allow the baby to die, then little bits of info contradicting the narrative come out when it’s a fait accompli.
Move along people, nothing to see here. The MSM narrative is your master, and you will not question it. Turn away, don’t look at it, don’t think about it. Thinking is bad.
Erick Munoz refused to sign the papers to let the hospital give out any condition of the baby
He and the lawyers gagged the hospital and then just gave out anything which fit their own agenda...
Good, well-balanced response.
This whole situation is sad. But we need to try to understand the situation from the widower’s perspective, and extend some grace. It’s heartbreaking.

Well well well, how do you like that? So much for those wonderfully truthful lawyers that some forum poster here told us couldn’t possibly lie about such things, because the contrary evidence would come out.
I told them lawyers lie, that’s what they’re paid to do. The only time they bother with truth is when they know they can’t cover their a$$ for some reason.
according to today’s Dallas News Marlise was alive enough to live for a few minutes AFTER she was taken off life support...
“a judge ordered the hospital to take her off life support before Monday afternoon. They complied a day early, our Melissa Repko reported, and Marlise Muñoz died within minutes.”
I considered Marlise Munoz a lost cause. Through either an accident or foul play (the latter seeming more and more likely with the subsequent behaviors falling into previously observed patterns), she was too damaged to have ever come back.
Besides, MSM small-time reporters are notoriously long on words and short on explanations. It’s possible Marlise showed nominal signs of life immediately after being disconnected from life support, but without the ability to breathe on her own, those signs would have ebbed away.
