I believe the vast majority of the ObamaCare "enrollments" are just as fake. They "applied" but never PAID.

Since Jan 1st did he or a family member ever get to go to their own doctor of the hospital and get the bill paid by their health care insurance provider without incident or difficulty and without higher cost than last year ???
we wont know if ObamaCare works for Chad until that interval...
