Watching that video is enough to make any sane person say “no thanks” to salvia. It doesn’t look like a fun high, it looks like it makes a person have some form of seizure disorder. Look at the way some people’s arms and hands get all twisted up like they have palsy or something.

Misterioso- I’m not sure. I buy a bunch of the Bi-color Salvia (beautiful blue) every year & although it’s supposed to be heat/ drought tolerant, last year was the first year it’s thrived. The leaves on that are tinged with purple & a little thinner.
Guess we better keep it in the backyard.
Salvia leaves have been dried and smoked for many centuries. Just like Datura, Belladona, Henbane, Absenthia, Valerian and , of course, Marijuana. And all of them are very easy to grow in an average backyard garden. And like all natural mind altering herbs, they have to be used in moderation. If you over-imbibe, then you will definitely see demons. And except for marijuana, none of these plants are illegal. Is that cool, or what?
I hope all the Pot Heads don’t learn how great Oleander and Datura is! /s
