HARTFORD (CBS Connecticut) Tom Brady wont be one of the millions of people watching the Super Bowl.
Speaking to WEEI a day after the New England Patriots lost to the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship game, Brady admitted he will not be sitting in front of a television to see the Broncos play the Seattle Seahawks on Feb. 2.

“Except New Yankee Workshop with Norm Abram (I think retired now after 20 some years)”
Nommie!
Nommie!
“If he could care less, that means he cares a little bit. A stupid phrase.”
It’s like “irregardless”
I don’t read it as whining really. It’s quite common really for many athletes who thrive on competition to have no desire to be spectators.
In his case, he has played, practiced and watched film almost daily since last summer. His season is done and he probably feels its time for a break.
So Tommy Boy does care. Since he could care less, how much does he care now?

Stay put Captain Obvious, we know!
Let’s see if I can draw a parallel. Hey, Brady....If I’m not “playing” with Giselle I don’t want to see her on TV, either.
Aw, who am I kidding? ; )
If he pokes his head out the door and sees his shadow, will there be six more weeks of winter?
And who can say "No" to that?
About Richard Sherman’s remark. Can anyone explain why Rush obsessed over that? He talked over and over about how intelligent Sherman is, as if that excuses anyone from being an absolute repulsive ass. Was Rush trying to establish his “I’m not racist” bonafidees, when no one really believes that he is?
Guilty of needing a cheeseburger and fries.............
$20.00 if Manning falls behind....Brady will tune in...
With so little interest why are you reading/commenting on this thread?
Irregardless, I could care less that Tom Brady, if that’s his real name, and whoever he is, could care less.
he probably has 1,000 things that interest him more and 999 of them are his wife.
"I COULD CARE LESSH ABOUT TH' TEAM SHTRUGG-A-LING!"
Sometimes a phrase takes on a different meaning than the words technically say. “I could care less” is one of them.
For instance when a German says “Es Gipt” he is not saying it gives, he is saying “there is”.
Absolutely ditto that!
And at the time, since the AFL was not taken that seriously, yes they had plenty of unsold seats.
How much was a ticket to SB I? $12!
Once Broadway Joe Namath's Jets won SB III, it was no looking back. The AFL had arrived.
Beating the Baltimore Colts gave them plenty of bragging rights.
And for more trivia, SB I was considered such a "little deal", that there is no full length tape of the game in existence. Only short highlights.
I might watch the game for the ads. Those are more interesting than the game.
