HARTFORD (CBS Connecticut) — Tom Brady won’t be one of the millions of people watching the Super Bowl.
Speaking to WEEI a day after the New England Patriots lost to the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship game, Brady admitted he will not be sitting in front of a television to see the Broncos play the Seattle Seahawks on Feb. 2.

No LOL required. It’s a peeve of mine too when this phrase gets changed and no one understands it completely changes the original meaning.
I’ll be watching the Puppy Bowl, far more interesting and far less profane than being subjected to the ridiculous half-time orgy of smoke, fireworks, horribly untalented screaming “artists” with scads of so-called fans trashing the field. Haven’t watched the Super Bowl in years.
Half-time nonsense is despicable. Wish they’d interrupt rock concerts with football games during their intermissions.
I haven’t watched a super bowl in years. I did watch the first few. I remember Bart Starr being MVP in the first two.
The first one was not even a sell out despite getting a lot of hype and the television audience being huge.
I'm a retired trucker and I don't think I've EVER watched a complete "ICE ROAD TRUCKERS" (or whatever it was called.)
When it's your job it's like ... boring, unless you're doing it.

I said, "I haven't watched the Super Bowl in years." Especially after the refs deliberately threw that Steeler/Seattle game years ago, and then they apologized years later. Too phony.
I wasn’t going to watch if it was Brady and that galloping tattoo. I likely will now.
I've never seen any Super Bowl game (or any college game for that matter).
I watched a High School game in 1969 and that was the extent of my experience watching football.
I also played basketball and never watched it.
