Thanks for the links!

I like the idea of freezing the lemon juice into cubes. Those cubes would come in very handy.

All the lemons I ever get are Lisbon and Eureka. That’s why I want to grow Meyer. I’ve actually never tasted it but lots of recipes I see these days call for Meyer.

The ice cube thing is what I use for freezing yogurt to be used for starter in homemade yogurt and for excess raw eggs. One cube = 1 whole egg or separate whites and yolks. And when you have to open a 6 oz can of tomato paste but only need 2T for the recipe. Nifty things, those ice cube trays!

While still living in our hometown, we would receive Meyers lemons by the bags full. My wife would have to freeze them in ice trays. Never had so much great lemonade as then.
