I like thos raised tables at the Lumberjocks link. Every once in a while I get pallets for projects. I knew someone who built their house out of pallets.

If anyone wants a Vogelzang Woodburning Stove, I see Harbor Freight has them for $169.00. I wonder if Vogelzang is still made in Germany.

Dang, now I want to go to Harbor Freight, but property taxes are due next week, so guess I better not... I was cursed with the no willpower gene. Keep me away from stores that sell tools, plants, and firearms.

I think Vogelzang is now made in China. I bought one a few years ago. Piece of crap. All the welds fell off the first winter. Now I have a stove made in TN or something. It is so tight that I burn with the door opened somewhat in order to draw enough air.

Since I linked you to lumberjocks for an idea, I will give you the latest news from there. I’m pretty new at that site. I made a new buddy there about three days ago. We have messaged back and forth a time or two in those three days. At 3pm today, he posted this:

He is a master craftsman, building the most beautiful stuff from a unique wood that is hard to find. He cuts and mills all the wood himself. He lives somewhere in S.D.

Wife and I are sad for his loss, and sending up prayers of thanks for nobody hurt or worse.
