USN Ret. Chief James “Patches” Dennis Watson, III, 76, of Vero Beach, FL passed away on October 26, 2013 at Indian River Medical Center.

Not stated in the obit, but I believe he was also a ST6 plankowner. The “Patches” nickname is because he had been to more schools than anyone else, thus had more patches than anyone else.
